Unimog Pop-Up Camper For Sale
This is a pop up camper built on a unimog trailer. The box is about 8ft X 8ft.
I had the camper in the back of a 2450 for awhile and it worked well. It would also work good in the back
of a 1300 with a 2 foot porch at the rear. The box just unbolts from the trailer.
The camper worked real nice in the bed of the 2450.
The bars on the top are one inch diameter. They will take any of the yakima or thule rack accessories. I have a
pair of Kayak holders.
There are two deep cell batteries for the hydrualics and house electrics.
The camper is raised via two 42 inch hydraulic cylinders
The back of the trailer is supported by two out riggers if you want to disconnect from
the pulling truck.
The trailer has air brakes and a spare mounted underneath. They have the standard 6 hole unimog bolt pattern.
After the camper is raised there are four struts that go into the four corners and them the canvas hooks onto the side.
It takes about 5 minutes to put together after you have done it a few times.
It has the standard 7 hole trailer plug. There are two standard air connectors for the brakes.
The power pack was new with very little mileage on it. Works good just push the button. The top goes down
via gravity using the two control valves to control the decent.
There are two beds. One is four feet and one is three feet wide.
